Requirements

Must:
- Excellent communication abilities and experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting. - Outgoing personality with a strong capability to engage with customers and colleagues. - Proven relationship-building skills with customers and dealers. - Understanding of customer satisfaction and the capacity to provide constructive feedback to the organization. - Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and organized individual, capable of managing time effectively and achieving goals. - Ability to execute tasks and meet deadlines according to performance standards. - Skill to simplify complex information into step-by-step instructions for a variety of audiences. - Proficient in computer and ERP/Software applications necessary for effective support. - Advanced knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and circuits. - Expert in reading and interpreting technical schematics in electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. - Aspiration to become the knowledge authority for technical support in one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Software/Controls, or Hydraulics. - College degree in mechanical, electrical or software disciplines, or relevant experience. - 2-3 years of technical experience preferred from design, production, or service roles. - Experience with ERP, CRM, and various software applications used for remote diagnostics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of customer service processes, ideally in an OEM Service environment. Experience in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Deliver remote technical support to customers and dealers. - Follow and analyze the escalation process while providing necessary remote assistance for service requests. - Offer feedback to internal teams concerning manuals and technical specifications impacting fit, function, and quality. - Elevate unresolved issues to the Customer Support Manager or Director. - Convert service tickets into technical documentation, including troubleshooting aids and quick reference guides for common problems identified through remote support. - Discover upselling and cross-selling opportunities and refer them to Customer Support Coordinators for quote generation. - Contribute technical insights for new product development initiatives from the viewpoints of customers and dealers when requested. - Travel up to 30% to customer sites or other locations to enhance hands-on experience with our products and their components. - Validate and revise data on Unit files based on updates from fieldwork and remote support. - Report quality issues by utilizing Corrective Action Requests and Field Issues Reports, contributing technical insights during Root Cause Analyses. - Perform additional duties as assigned in response to business needs.
