Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in engineering
- Proficient in project management with the ability to lead a small engineering project
- Strong understanding of budgeting and accounting related to engineering tasks
- Familiarity with test process optimization and defect detection strategies
- Skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Experience with failure analysis methodologies and design of experiments (DOE)
- Technical knowledge in functional, structural, and stress test operations including ESD controls and RF test operations
Responsibilities
- Define, specify, qualify, install, and optimize test processes and equipment solutions for manufacturing with minimal supervision
- Lead optimization efforts in test processes focused on improving productivity, cycle time, and yield
- Debug test processes and equipment using design of experiments and failure analysis techniques
- Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Equipment engineers to resolve product and test yield issues
- Create improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosis, reparability, and overall equipment efficiency
- Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to identify sources of yield loss
- Provide support to process engineers for improving defect detection in process control plans
- Assist in integrating test equipment into Manufacturing Execution Systems
