Requirements
Must:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering program/project management
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven leadership skills in managing complex projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in program planning and resource management
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
- Familiarity with risk management techniques
- Capability to enhance team performance and identify development opportunities
- Knowledge of product lifecycle processes and change implementation
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of complex, strategic visibility programs involving multiple projects
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, initiate programs, and set schedules
- Effectively communicate project status to business leaders and stakeholders
- Develop and implement process initiatives aligned with business strategies
- Facilitate the deployment of programs across sites
- Interpret customer specifications and provide constructive feedback
- Implement necessary changes in the product lifecycle and suggest improvements
- Monitor overall program progress and manage timelines and resources
- Drive the program team to achieve objectives related to cost, quality, and schedule
- Define program governance and manage necessary documentation
- Set departmental objectives and provide continuous feedback on performance
- Manage interdependencies between projects and coordinate resources effectively
