Requirements
Must:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Knowledge in quality inspection processes
- Proficient in computer usage
- Basic understanding of English reading and writing
- Familiarity with sampling plan procedures (AQL)
- Experience operating basic measurement tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, multimeter)
- Understanding of basic material characteristics (e.g., electronic and mechanical components)
- Specific certifications as required by site operations
- Knowledge of inspection criteria and customer specifications (e.g., IPC-A-610)
- Basic manufacturing systems knowledge
- Ability to maintain organized and accurate documentation
- Strong communication skills with internal customers
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections on incoming raw materials and products using IQA and in-process tools to validate compliance
- Separate and return non-conforming materials to designated personnel
- Monitor product quality issues and escalate them to the Quality Team Leader
- Execute tasks as directed by the Quality Team Leader, including support for document control system users
- Uphold cleanliness and implement 5S practices in the workplace
