Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry
- Proficiency in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) methodologies
- Solid understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
- Familiarity with various manufacturing technologies, including soldering, assembly, and quality control
- Experienced in analyzing complex data for yield and reliability assessments
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technical teams and management
- Ability to lead project development and process improvements
- Skilled in using data analytics tools relevant to manufacturing operations
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee manufacturing processes to enhance quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery performance
- Implement customer technical roadmaps and manage associated process projects
- Spearhead the end-to-end manufacturing process for new customer products
- Provide insightful feedback on customer technical specifications to the team and management
- Utilize DFX tools and methodologies to optimize manufacturing costs and product quality
- Plan and conduct capability assessments of processes using Design of Experiments
- Create process control measures and data collection strategies to evaluate production quality
- Communicate critical technical and business matters promptly to management
- Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards across manufacturing processes
