Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge of Access Management, DLP solutions, SIEM technologies, and auditing/log monitoring practices.
- In-depth experience in designing solutions with Checkpoint firewalls and Zscaler Zero Trust frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management, including the creation of technical project plans.
- Familiarity with product selection processes and effective vendor management.
- Experience in IT Security Best Practices and IT Governance and Audit Procedures.
- Understanding of major information security frameworks and IT controls, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT/COSO, and NIST standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying security risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation abilities for articulating architectural solutions to senior leadership.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Highly organized and adept at meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design, oversee, and implement global network security solutions, specifically using Checkpoint firewalls and Zscaler Zero Trust systems.
- Lead the process of selecting security technologies, conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations to align with business objectives.
- Develop detailed technical project plans and manage complex network security initiatives from start to finish.
- Establish and maintain governance over the Network Security Architecture landscape and related roadmap.
- Foster effective relationships with process owners and sites to evaluate business risks and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
- Assess training requirements and deliver training sessions to enhance the control environment and compliance framework.
- Implement Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles across our global network infrastructure.
- Develop governance protocols for network security policies and regulations.
- Communicate together compliance objectives and promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
