Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in developing, debugging, and testing software in various programming languages.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proven leadership and project management skills, capable of directing complex engineering projects.
- Expertise in customer requirements management and effective communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and develop tests and test-automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for software development and deployment.
- Competencies in financial planning, risk analysis, and stakeholder management are essential.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to industry changes.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions across multiple domains.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to a team of engineers, becoming a go-to expert in specific areas.
- Review and interpret customer requirements and ensure their incorporation in project deliverables.
- Spearhead the deployment of strategic initiatives and coordinate deployment efforts across sites.
- Advocate for industry best practices and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners as needed.
- Design and implement a processing platform using various configuration management technologies.
- Conduct testing of software development methodologies and ensure adherence to standards.
- Offer ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, project managers, and engineers, through peer reviews.
- Stay updated with relevant industry knowledge and compliance regulations.
