Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and GoLang
- Expertise in Networking Stack (L2 and L3 protocols) including OSPF, BGP, IPSec, GRE, etc.
- Familiarity with SNMP, Netconf/Yang, REST, CLI, gRPC
- Experience with Platform Bringup and Linux Device Drivers
- Knowledge of ASICs/NPU and familiarity with Broadcom and Marvell devices
- Strong project management abilities with a well-rounded understanding of financial and technical project aspects
- Effective leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams
- Competency in customer interaction and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, development, and execution of technical solutions across various domains
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
- Evaluate customer specifications and provide insightful feedback
- Spearhead the deployment of critical programs across various sites
- Advocate for and implement industry best practices
- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners
- Design and execute testing methodologies and automation suites
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for optimal solutions
- Offer recommendations for ongoing improvements
- Stay informed about current industry knowledge and compliance regulations
