Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of systems design, development, and integration.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with customer requirements and specifications.
- Ability to test, simulate, and measure system performance.
- Proficient in creating detailed documentation and reports.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant regulations.
- Capable of managing relationships with vendors and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of technical solutions across multiple domains and participate in project scheduling.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to a team of engineers, becoming a recognized expert in specific technical areas.
- Review and interpret customer specifications and requirements, providing feedback for improvements.
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and oversee site-wide deployment efforts.
- Advocate for and implement industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with key external partners and vendors.
- Research and develop ideas for new systems and create implementation plans.
- Design and refine systems that satisfy both customer and organizational needs, ensuring efficient task division among engineering teams.
- Test and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Stay informed about developments in the industry and comply with relevant regulations.
- Analyze data and provide insights for system modifications.
- Generate comprehensive reports and documentation as required.
