Requirements
Must:
- 6 to 12 years of experience in software engineering and development
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and GoLang
- Proficient in networking technologies (L2 and L3 protocols, IPSec, MPLS, etc.)
- Experience with ASICs/NPU, particularly with Broadcom devices
- Familiarity with test automation and development methodologies, preferably Agile
- Capability to lead complex projects while managing time and budget effectively
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and team leadership behaviors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial planning and project profitability analysis
- Experience with NAS development and support
- Ability to design robust systems and implement industry best practices
- Understanding of cross-functional collaboration to enhance product quality
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of technical solutions across various domains
- Offer technical guidance and support to a team of engineers
- Analyze and interpret customer requirements and provide necessary feedback
- Oversee the rollout of strategic initiatives and direct site-wide deployment efforts
- Advocate for and implement industry best practices
- Manage key vendor and partner relationships
- Create, analyze, and develop testing frameworks and automation suites
- Design and build processing platforms utilizing configuration management technologies
- Maintain and enhance existing software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Propose recommendations for continual improvement
- Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory changes
