Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or a relevant combination of education and experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-faceted engineering projects
- Strong project management skills with an understanding of technical, financial, and personnel aspects
- Proficient in developing financial plans related to projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project and change management strategies

Responsibilities
- Design and enhance production test strategies aligned with product specifications
- Create detailed test plans and specifications for both hardware and software components
- Oversee the procurement, qualification, and installation of manufacturing support for large clients
- Optimize testing processes to improve cycle time and product yield
- Provide leadership for comprehensive test deployments, including various testing applications
- Assist in the sales process by contributing to the quoting mechanism
- Collaborate with design teams to improve product testability and user experience
- Stay informed on industry advancements and compliance standards
- Address complex issues regarding product yield and test performance
