Requirements

Must:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in product data, data analysis, or supply chain roles within manufacturing or electronics environments. - Bachelors degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. - Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes and ISO 9001/9002 standards. - High level of proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. - Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and relevant business applications/databases such as ERP and PLM systems. - Ability to assess, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks amid frequent interruptions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders. - Strong organizational and filing abilities for both physical and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

- Manage and uphold the accuracy and integrity of customer product data throughout the product lifecycle. - Log and convert customer product data (e.g., Bills of Materials and supplier lists) into formats suitable for internal systems. - Initiate and oversee Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring timely updates of product data across all relevant systems. - Drive continuous enhancements in product data release processes while ensuring compliance and quality of all product data. - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations) and external customers to address complex data integrity issues. - Serve as the primary contact for all technical issues related to product data; disseminate notifications regarding data readiness and distribute finalized data when necessary. - Utilize various databases and business applications efficiently to maintain a high degree of accuracy. - Provide support and mentorship to junior positions in Product Data Administration.
