Operations Support Administrator

- Ensure processing accuracy within the system at all times - Interact with internal and external customers via phone and email - Collaborate as part of a team or independently to accurately process materials - Interpret documentation and system data for accurate material disbursement - Verify material processing accuracy using supporting documentation and manage necessary records - Create, process, and track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) - Investigate issues and provide resolutions - Generate invoices and run monthly reports - Set up and maintain customer profiles - Process Return to Control (RTC) and Scrap materials - Distribute invoices and provide on-the-job training to junior employees - Assist in creating and documenting departmental procedures and work instructions - Effectively perform well in a fast-paced environment - Offer support across all departmental areas as needed
