Requirements
Must:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in similar roles
- Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in project management
- Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities, including flowcharting
- Familiarity with electronic manufacturing environments and related processes
- Understanding of supply chain management (SCM) and ERP applications
- Solid grasp of the software development life cycle concepts
- Knowledge of application-to-application and business-to-business integration
- Basic to intermediate coding skills in specified programming languages
- Understanding of IT components such as software, operating systems, databases, networks, and servers
- Strong customer service focus
- Effective leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Good planning skills for projects and tasks
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business functions to identify opportunities for IT solutions
- Collect and document business requirements
- Work alongside various IT teams to create and implement IT solutions
- Analyze system issues and determine appropriate resolutions
- Provide training to end users on selected systems, including SFC and ERP
- Participate in and sometimes lead various IT projects as needed
