Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to 4 to 6 years in similar roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Java.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Effective leadership and collaboration skills.
- Good organizational abilities for project planning and task management.
- Competence in project management techniques.
- Strong analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Familiar with electronic manufacturing environments, including related materials and processes.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM), shop floor control, and ERP applications.
- Solid understanding of the relevant business area and its associated processes.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle principles and practices.
- Experience with application-to-application and business-to-business integration.
- Basic to good coding skills in relevant programming languages.
- Understanding of the interrelationships between IT components including software, operating systems, databases, networks, and servers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business functions to discover opportunities for IT solutions.
- Collect and document business requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with IT teams to create and implement technology solutions.
- Analyze and resolve system issues quickly and efficiently.
- Deliver system training to end-users on selected applications.
- Take part in and lead various IT projects as necessary.
