Requirements
Must:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems (both server and client); familiarity with Linux and other mainstream operating systems is beneficial
- Excellent analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and documentation abilities, including flowcharting
- Understanding of software development life cycle concepts and practices
- Familiarity with business processes relevant to the position
- Basic to intermediate coding skills in specified programming languages
- Knowledge of interrelationships between IT components such as software, operating systems, databases, networks, and servers
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with business partners
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Provide technical support and maintenance for infrastructure environment
- Install and configure computer infrastructure to resolve hardware or software issues
- Analyze and address system problems, determining appropriate actions
- Train end users on system functionality and applications
- Participate in IT projects as required and offer support for new technologies
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and provide solutions
- Maintain operational environments and respond to incidents and problems
