IT Infrastructure Specialist

- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field - 4 to 6 years of practical experience in similar roles - Strong customer service orientation - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities - Competence in negotiation and conflict resolution - Proficiency in project and task planning - Comprehensive understanding of IT requirements for end-to-end solutions including security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk analysis - In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (server and client) and desktop environments; familiarity with Linux and other mainstream OS is advantageous - Experience in deploying and administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Intune, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure - Proficiency in building and deploying file servers and cloud solutions (Azure); Windows Server 2019 experience and Hyper-V/VMware expertise is a plus - Basic knowledge of networking concepts - Advanced knowledge of infrastructure service management and diagnostic tools - In-depth understanding of endpoint security management tools and processes - Experience in handling network security issues such as viruses, malware, and social engineering - Understanding of IT Infrastructure asset lifecycle management
