Requirements
Must:
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing test support or product development
- Minimum of 5 years in Test/Product, electronic design, or similar fields
- Familiarity with DFT Structural or Functional methodologies
- Proficient in DFT methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and hardware verification
- Practical experience with testing solutions for networking, server, and storage products
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret complex schematics and specifications
- Knowledgeable in Linux-based tools
- Understanding of various hardware types such as Networking 400G+, GPUs, Accelerators, etc.
- Familiar with SMT processes and system construction
- Exposure to the hardware design process and phases
- Experience with Linux scripting languages (Python, Perl)
- Familiarity with DFT processes and tools (e.g., Testway, Valor Trilogy)
- Understanding of Boundary Scan (JTAG - Joint Test Action Group)
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of DFT methodologies, incorporating vital DFT features
- Design and validate comprehensive test plans that guarantee strong product performance
- Provide insights via Functional DFT (DFT-F) analysis, delivering key recommendations for design enhancement through collaboration with product development teams
- Utilize your product knowledge and expertise in Functional & Structural Test technologies, including API, AOI, AXI, and ICT, to improve test coverage
- Analyze test data, including Cpk and GR&R, to engage in test reviews
- Assess new technologies and product designs to ensure compliance with top specifications
- Optimize testing methodologies through detailed examination of system, subsystem, and design requirements
- Convert engineering findings into practical product modifications
- Contribute to significant Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEAs) for in-development products
- Create and enhance Functional DFT plans, protocols, and reports that establish excellence standards
- Identify and rectify potential test deficiencies by analyzing and interpreting design and component specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot test failures and suggest innovative solutions
