Requirements
Must:
- 8-10 years of experience in product security, particularly with network hardware and embedded systems
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Go, or Python, especially in securing Network Operating Systems
- In-depth understanding of network protocols and security technologies
- Experience with implementing SAST/DAST tools and managing vulnerability programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of threat modeling approaches such as STRIDE or PASTA
- Expert in OS hardening standards including CIS Benchmarks and NIST
- Solid grasp of applied cryptography concepts like PKI and TLS
- Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and related product features
- Excellent problem-solving abilities balancing security and performance requirements
- Capability to earn trust among hardware engineers and developers

Responsibilities
- Drive the integration of security checkpoints into the product development lifecycle
- Enforce standardized SDLC policies and ensure effective threat modeling during product design
- Lead security hardening initiatives for the network operating system, including defining baseline configurations
- Oversee standardization of Dynamic Testing and Vulnerability Management for product software
- Implement Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools in the CI/CD pipeline and establish dynamic testing frameworks
- Design product features supporting Zero Trust environments with robust identity integration
- Manage the product vulnerability lifecycle and set SLAs for remediation of identified issues
- Ensure compliance with cryptographic standards and validate security of network protocols against best practices
- Advocate for a culture of security within product engineering teams
