Customer Program Management Specialist

- Participate as an integral member of the team handling daily operations of customer accounts to guarantee timely product deliveries and adherence to project timelines while formulating action plans for any deviations. - Collaborate with experienced team members to oversee the profitability of customer accounts, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring the efficiency of strategic execution. - Actively engage in pricing and bid preparations, along with the formulation and management of contract stipulations. - Oversee and enhance customer satisfaction on a daily basis through various methods, including surveys, self-assessments, and effective complaint management. - Maintain frequent communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. - Organize and facilitate regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal account teams to ensure clear communication and current project updates. - Address and rectify customer inquiries and complaints, while supervising the effects of order modifications on inventory levels. - Provide analytical performance reporting for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance assessments. - Collaborate with finance, cost engineering, and supply chain management teams to evaluate costs and pricing discrepancies.
