Requirements

Must:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially directed at non-technical users. - Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within SLA-driven environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and remote support tools. - Strong documentation practices and meticulous attention to detail. - A genuine eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow with evolving technologies. - Previous experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is preferred. - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+/N+, Microsoft (MS-900, AZ-900), Cisco CCNA, VMware, etc. are also preferred. - Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), or security solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Manage, evaluate, and prioritize incoming support tickets to adhere to SLA expectations. - Track ticket developments, provide timely updates, and ensure appropriate escalation when required. - Maintain orderly ticket queues and comply with existing service delivery protocols. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems across various operating environments including Windows, macOS, cloud, and hybrid systems. - Conduct advanced troubleshooting for systems, networks, security, and applications. - Provide support for identity management, virtualization, backup systems, and cloud services as relevant to client setups. - Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. - Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism, empathy, and patience. - Act as a reliable resource, ensuring clients feel supported and informed during the resolution of their issues. - Create, update, and manage technical documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and end-user guides. - Accurately document all troubleshooting actions, solutions, and system configurations. - Retrospectively contribute to enhancements in documentation methods and internal training resources. - Collaborate with team members, escalation engineers, and other project teams to address intricate issues. - Engage in ongoing improvements of support processes, workflows, and automation practices. - Provide mentorship or support to junior technicians when necessary.
