Requirements
Must:
- Level 1: 1-3 years of experience in the field or related areas.
- Level 2: 4-7 years of experience in the field or related areas.
- Level 3: 8 or more years of experience in the field or related areas.
- Understanding of techniques for planning, organizing, and composing various types of materials.
- Proficiency in writing technical and business documents and using relevant software.
- Ability to conduct research and effectively communicate technical information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must successfully pass a background check and may require additional checks depending on projects.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general software applications.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
- Self-motivated with capacity to work independently or in a team.
- Preferred: Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, English, education, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in technical writing, journalism, or communications work.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise technical documents, reports, and manuals.
- Research and develop methods for presenting information clearly and accessibly.
- Organize duplication and distribution of documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and transform technical content into accessible language.
- Prepare answers for correspondence, reports, surveys, and inquiries.
- Analyze and summarize existing documents.
- Maintain accurate records and revisions of all work.
- Ensure documentation compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Suggest improvements for current technical writing.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
