Requirements
Must:

- IAT/M Level III certification
- Proficiency in various software languages as required by the client
- 6 years of experience for Software Developer Senior role, with capacity to function independently and oversee junior staff
- Masters degree (Science) for Software Developer SME role
- Certifications such as AWS Certified, Developer, MS Azure, CSSLP, etc.
- 10+ years of experience for Software Developer SME role, providing strategic advice and expertise
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to analyze systems and procedures
- Excellent multitasking skills to manage concurrent tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
Responsibilities
- Execute software development tasks in line with the Software Developer labor category
- Leverage senior software development expertise with over 10 years of experience
- Support functions relevant to the DCWF work roles (e.g., DevSec Ops Specialist, Software Developer, etc.)
- Maintain and apply necessary certifications for assigned duties
- Document and manage software configurations, releases, and technical documentation
- Comprehend programming concepts and methodologies equivalent to AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate, C and C++ certifications
- Collaborate closely with management, departments, and customers to gather end-user requirements
- Design algorithms, scripts, and flowcharts for new software applications and systems
- Prepare and deploy solutions by determining system specifications, standards, and programming requirements
- Write code tailored to customer and platform specifications
- Test and implement software programs and applications
- Gather user feedback to propose enhancements to existing software products
- Develop information systems by designing, implementing, and installing software solutions
- Enhance operations through systems analysis and suggesting policy, procedure, and programming changes
- Assist in managing software licenses by keeping an updated master list of requirements and expiration dates
- Create, modify, and implement software programming and scripting for training systems and ranges
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
