Requirements

Must:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience for Level 1, with familiarity in standard practices and procedures. - 4-7 years of experience for Level 2, requiring some creativity and independence in task execution. - 8+ years of experience for Level 3, demonstrating advanced judgment and the ability to tackle complex tasks. - Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication. - Superior verbal and written communication abilities. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficient in analyzing systems and workflows. - Effective multitasking skills for managing various projects simultaneously. - Self-driven and capable of working independently and within a team. - Adherence to confidentiality protocols.

Responsibilities

- Maintain high availability and reliability of systems and services in production and development environments. - Monitor and enhance system performance, latency, and overall efficiency through proactive tuning. - Execute performance benchmarking and capacity analysis to optimize workloads. - Serve as the primary contact for incident management, minimizing downtime during emergencies. - Conduct post-incident reviews to improve system reliability and prevent future issues. - Oversee system changes with a focus on proper planning and minimal risk. - Create automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency. - Revamp CI/CD pipelines and deployment methods for swift, stable software delivery. - Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for system infrastructure management. - Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems. - Analyze monitoring data to derive insights on system performance and user impact. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability practices into the application development lifecycle. - Promote best practices in system design and software application operationalization. - Assist in transitioning new applications and features into production through training and documentation. - Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
