Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in software development and application management.
- In-depth knowledge of application design, development, testing, and management.
- Experience with the programmatic integration of external components.
- Skills in modifying existing code and creating new custom functionalities.
- Capability to suggest and implement process enhancements and automation.
- Proficiency in large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle, encompassing planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
- Ability to pass a background check, with potential for additional checks as needed depending on projects or clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and oversee application development initiatives for IT infrastructure.
- Programmatically integrate external components and introduce new tailored functionalities.
- Modify existing code to improve performance and augment features.
- Propose process improvements and automate operational and maintenance tasks.
- Lead technical efforts to design, construct, and deploy applications guided by lead architects.
- Engage in large-scale data processing, computationally intense statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and quality assurance.
- Conduct technical reviews of project milestones, code architecture discussions, resource estimation, and knowledge transfer on development best practices.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
