Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master

- Take ownership of the project plan and dependency tracker, ensuring synchronicity among product, design, and engineering teams - Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to clarify product scope, gather requirements, and align with business objectives - Establish instance and environment strategies in collaboration with IT to facilitate successful releases - Collaborate with the PMO to maintain an updated RAID log, managing risks, issues, actions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle - Optimize Azure DevOps boards by keeping tasks and user stories up-to-date to enhance collaboration across global tech teams - Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to promote ongoing improvement - Implement Waterfall methodologies for systematic project delivery and governance in large-scale projects; define key milestones and dependencies - Advocate a hybrid delivery strategy, choosing the best methodology based on project complexity and stakeholder requirements - Supervise the QA testing process, managing test execution and defect resolution with development and QA teams - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of bugs, validating outputs against acceptance criteria - Prepare and deliver comprehensive stakeholder communications, including status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to maintain transparency - Manage all go-live activities from deployment to post-launch stabilization in cooperation with Release Management and Technical Leadership - Support Hypercare operations by monitoring outstanding IT items, ensuring prompt resolution, and maintaining proactive communication with business teams - Ensure all project outputs, necessary approvals, and sign-offs align with organizational governance standards
