Senior Power Platform Developer

- 8 years of experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment. - 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft PowerApps, and Power Automate. - 4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development. - 2 years of experience in designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or similar databases. - Experience creating Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process Flows. - Strong understanding of Dataverse tables and their applications. - Proficient knowledge of Power Pages portals. - Familiarity with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center. - Understanding of Articulate / Reach 360. - Must successfully pass a background check and potentially additional checks based on project requirements. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in requirements gathering and documentation. - Business process enhancement and system design skills. - Capable of responding to clients promptly and effectively. - Highly skilled in Microsoft and Adobe tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat. - Highly motivated with a capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to cultivate new professional relationships, both independently and collaboratively. - Should be a self-starter, capable of working autonomously as well as in a team settings.
