Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer

- Eight years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on documenting business processes and requirements. - Six years of experience in software development and IT processes, specifically in Microsoft SharePoint and IIS environments using the .NET framework. - Eight years of experience creating process diagrams and flowcharts that align business processes with customer requirements. - Five years of experience collaborating with software developers and clients to define project scopes, estimate efforts, and understand requirements for applications deployed on Microsoft SharePoint and IIS using the .NET Framework. - Three years of mentorship experience to junior personnel on best practices and procedures. - Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Active Top-Secret/ SCI clearance with the ability to obtain additional clearances as needed. - Ability to successfully pass background checks as required by projects or clients. - Excellent interpersonal skills with clear professional communication abilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated with the capability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting. - Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
