Requirements
Must:
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in developing Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in information technology or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT roles or software development positions.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (4 additional years of experience may substitute for the degree).
- At least 1 year of experience working directly with Power BI and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with possible business analysis (BA) experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is necessary.
- Must successfully pass a background check, with potential for additional checks required by projects or clients during employment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities, capable of working well with diverse technical teams.
- Analytical skills essential for identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Must be proactive, adaptive, and comfortable in fast-paced project settings.
- Capability to interpret technical requirements and coordinate with specialized teams to address gaps.
- Exemplary communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect and comprehend requirements.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize the user interface.
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces to improve user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to gather input and implement enhancements.
- Build custom applications using Power Apps.
- Streamline workflows and business processes via Power Automate.
- Utilize Dataverse to craft custom data models for applications necessitating relational structures.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Generate dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI to deliver insights and data visualization.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
