Junior Microsoft System Administrator

- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in desktop support and administration, particularly in management and troubleshooting of workstations, monitors, videoconferencing systems, and printers. - At least three years of experience in software installation, patching, and troubleshooting. - Two years of experience related to printer support and maintenance. - A minimum of three years handling equipment inventory management and turnover processes. - IAT Level II/Intermediate certification is required. - Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to secure additional clearances as necessary. - Must clear background checks, which may be requested periodically throughout employment. - Outstanding interpersonal capabilities, communicating clearly and professionally. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. - Proven multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment; adaptable to change and quick to learn. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multifunctional team. - Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
