Requirements

Must:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience for Journeyman role, Bachelors for Senior role, or PhD for SME role. - Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. - 5 years of experience in Operations in the Information Environment (preferred for Journeyman), or 10 years for Senior. - Proven background in military planning at Tactical, Operational, and Strategic levels. - Experience with deception activities and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) plans. - Familiarity with Public Affairs and Strategic Communications. - Knowledge of common Air Component processes. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail. - Capability to manage confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver instruction aligned with Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). - Employ expertise in military planning and assessments at multiple levels to guide operations. - Support the client and the 39 IOS in achieving training missions and support tasks. - Understand the mission and cyber training ranges relevant to the 39 IOS.* - Facilitate mission operations including course development and curriculum evaluation in classified and unclassified settings. - Conduct research and analysis of Joint and service-specific training documents as directed. - Plan and enhance curriculum materials for Special Access Programs as required. - Collaborate with teams to incorporate new instructional materials into courses. - Assess and refine course content based on feedback from various stakeholders. - Participate in training exercises to document processes and lessons learned. - Engage with current and postgraduate IW team members for curriculum enrichment. - Develop and audit curriculum in accordance with applicable requirements for accuracy and quality. - Implement instructional strategies based on established educational frameworks. - Audit course materials and test administration procedures to ensure compliance with directives. - Provide comprehensive documentation for course development and revisions. - Offer counseling and support to students to ensure their academic success. - Translate complex ideas into accessible concepts for various learners. - Remain flexible to take on additional duties as needed.
