Requirements

Must:
- Experience with firewall installations, IPsec, and SharePoint Administration is advantageous. - Bachelors degree in a related field of Information Technology is preferred; significant experience and certifications may substitute for a degree. - A Secret Clearance is mandatory. - Ability to successfully pass a background check; may be required to undergo additional checks as necessary during employment. - Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities. - Strong customer service orientation. - Excellent organizational capabilities with a keen attention to detail, including follow-up on outstanding tasks. - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Capacity to produce work products that are timely, precise, complete, and current. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Efficient time management capabilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, including drafting proposals and suggesting effective solutions with minimal oversight. - Aptitude for engaging with various stakeholders across the organization and external partners.

Responsibilities

- Assist in configuring social media tools such as Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx. - Set up and deploy mobile devices. - Help maintain IT inventory and offer hardware/software support to over 500 users predominantly in a Windows environment. - Carry out configurations for routers, switches, wireless access points, and WLAN controllers utilizing Cisco/HP hardware. - Monitor network performance, plan, troubleshoot, and provide end-user support. - Collaborate with fellow technical staff to ensure system connectivity and compatibility. - Observe performance and analyze any network anomalies. - Manage mobile devices and their inventory. - Reconstruct network infrastructure and ensure it remains updated and secure. - Diagnose and resolve various network issues, collaborating with staff and external vendors to address complex problems. - Install, configure, operate, and maintain operating systems such as Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, and VMware ESXi. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
