IT Project Manager - Agile & Cloud Technologies

- Oversee IT project management responsibilities consistent with designated certifications. - Maintain and implement required certifications (CompTIA Project+, Project Management Professional) as necessary. - Collaborate with project managers across various departments and external agencies to initiate, plan, execute, and manage project activities within agreed-upon boundaries. - Comprehend project and configuration management principles at an associate level equivalent to CompTIA Project+ or a similar credential. - Complete project planning and identification tasks, covering areas such as scope of change, requirements, test cases, software, and hardware. - Ensure proper version control and baseline are established, including tracking version updates and adhering to standard naming conventions. - Manage change control processes, making certain the five-phase change control approach is deployed throughout all networks and teams, while coordinating the Configuration Management Process and conducting monthly Change Control Boards as required. - Conduct configuration status accounting to record and assess changes from one baseline to the next, monitor status and resolution of change requests, and keep documentation current and accurate. - Execute audits and reviews to confirm that project goals from planning stages are achieved and changes comply with established standards. - Provide support for functions related to the IT Project Manager duties as applicable. - Coordinate tasks, schedules, and deliverables among stakeholders. - Undertake additional duties as assigned.
