- At least 8 years of experience in Git-based version control administration. - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience managing GitHub Enterprise (Cloud or Server) organizations. - Extensive expertise in role-based access control (RBAC), SAML/SSO integration, and branch protection strategies for 8 years. - Proficient in GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflow automation for at least 8 years. - Experienced in integrating CI/CD pipelines with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for 8 years. - Skilled in audit logging, compliance reporting, and conducting access reviews for a minimum of 8 years. - Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation purposes for 8 years. - Experienced in implementing DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines for at least 8 years. - At least 8 years of experience with GitHub Advanced Security, including CodeQL and Secret Scanning. - Must successfully pass a background check, with potential for additional checks as needed during employment. - Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of clear and professional communication. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Proven capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and within a multi-functional team. - Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately. - Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Able to cultivate trust and maintain relationships across technical and business teams.
