Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing and configuring IIS and IIS-hosted applications.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Expertise in SQL Server database querying, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Microsoft .NET, AppFabric, SharePoint Server, Model-View-Controller (MVC) web development, and FAST Search.
- Knowledge of Web API, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework ORM is advantageous.
- Basic understanding and experience with source control, particularly Git.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check; additional checks may be required based on client or project stipulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Adobe software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal abilities; effective in working with diverse technical teams.
- Analytical thinker with skills in troubleshooting complex challenges.
- Proactive and adaptable; comfortable in dynamic project settings.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements, identify gaps, and collaborate with specialized teams to resolve those gaps.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee system operations for applications and infrastructure across various environments, including production, pre-production, and staging, within the system accreditation boundaries.
- Collaborate with other technical entities, such as ICAM for authentication and on-premises cloud for vSphere, to assist diagnostics for user access and optimize network operational efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate primary and secondary operational on-prem cloud environments to support failover site deployment and operations.
- Administer existing and establish new application service accounts for REST API service utilization in external systems.
- Possess experience in Microsoft .NET framework, AppFabric, and web-based development utilizing MVC and repository patterns, as well as SharePoint Server and FAST Search.
- Offer support to customers and stakeholders for quarterly application updates, feature introductions, and bug fixes within Agile Release Train frameworks.
- Provide helpdesk assistance and inquiry support for application data managers and end-users.
- Undertake other related duties as assigned.
