Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
- Capability to secure DoDD 8140.01 certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of onboarding at HQ INSCOM.
- 4 years of proven experience leading a team and overseeing tasks related to intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
- Experience collaborating with bilateral or multilateral partners for intelligence information sharing or system interoperability.
- Skills in delivering professional presentations and briefings to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in drafting and maintaining documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, alongside generating reports that integrate text and graphics.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check, with potential for additional checks depending on project requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated individual who works effectively independently and within a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or an associates degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, or a high school diploma with 9 years in the same area.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage data integration solutions, encompassing ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements to create data integration workflows aligned with organizational objectives.
- Aggregate and transform data from various source systems into standardized formats for reporting, analytics, or operational use.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and document data integration processes to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Work collaboratively with database administrators, data analysts, software developers, and other stakeholders to facilitate data accessibility.
- Maintain data quality, consistency, and security across integrated platforms.
- Ensure compliance of integration systems with organizational policies, data governance frameworks, and relevant regulations.
- Monitor and promptly address integration errors or data discrepancies.
- Assist with data migration and synchronization between on-premise systems and cloud environments as needed.
- Create system documentation, user guides, and reports to support data integration initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
