Requirements

Must:
- Associates degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience - Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility - IAT level II certification - 3 years of cyber-related experience, including command line interfaces, host/network analysis, and cybersecurity fundamentals - 4-6 years in expeditionary or tactical communications or related roles - Bachelors degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience for Senior position - 5 years of cyber-related experience for Senior position - 200+ instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD certification for Senior position - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with attention to detail - Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team - Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly - Capability to multitask across various design projects

Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training and develop instructional content for DODIN Operations - Create, update, and maintain lesson plans and training materials - Assist in course planning and development, ensuring quality and compliance with training standards - Provide documentation for design and administration of training programs - Apply the ISD ADDIE Model and Blooms taxonomy in course development - Conduct training requirements analysis and design instructional strategies - Collaborate with SMEs for incorporating new materials into courseware - Evaluate training needs through feedback and assessments - Review technical documents for effective training system utilization - Facilitate hands-on labs and assess student performance - Maintain course quality through curriculum audits and updates - Operate Learning Management Systems for course management and assessment - Assist in the creation of e-learning products and mission simulation environments - Plan and develop lesson materials within specified timelines - Undertake additional duties as assigned
