Requirements

Must:
- Associates degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience. - Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. - IAT level II certification. - For Journeyman level: 3 years of cyber-related experience in areas such as command line interface, network analysis, forensic analysis, scripting languages, and USCYBERCOM support. - For Senior level: Bachelors degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience, with 5 years of cyber-related experience and 200+ instructor podium hours. - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail. - Capacity to analyze systems and procedures effectively. - Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

- Design, update, and maintain operational cyber training modules, including lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments for trainees. - Ensure content accuracy, relevance to mission requirements, and alignment with evolving standards. - Create training scenarios that reflect real-world incidents and threats to operations. - Provide hands-on instruction to diverse audiences, including military personnel and cyber analysts. - Facilitate classroom, virtual, or field training sessions using advanced instructional techniques. - Offer mission-critical insights on communications vulnerabilities, security protocols, and cyber risk mitigation. - Research emerging cyber threats specific to operations and integrate findings into training. - Actively engage in operational exercises, providing technical expertise as needed. - Develop assessment tools to measure trainee performance and proficiency. - Identify improvement opportunities and adapt instructional materials accordingly. - Prepare after-action reports and recommendations for future training adaptations. - Collaborate with technical writers and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with operational goals. - Work with program managers and clients to meet training objectives on schedule. - Support proposal development for training solutions contracts as required. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
