Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in a STEM field or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance and the ability to obtain SCI
- IAT/M level II certification mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years experience in cyber-related roles, including command line interface, forensic analysis, and scripting languages
- 4 to 6 years experience in expeditionary or tactical communications preferred
- 200+ instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD certification for Senior level
- Masters degree in STEM field or equivalent for SME level with at least 7 years cyber experience with 400+ instructor hours
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training and create instructional content for Offensive Cyber Operations according to set standards
- Develop and maintain lesson plans and training materials aligned with Cyber Instructor/Developer requirements
- Lead hands-on labs and exercises that meet learning objectives
- Evaluate student performance and offer constructive feedback
- Utilize knowledge in key cyber-related areas relevant to the labor category
- Support training delivery focusing on USCYBERCOM missions as needed
- Contribute to course planning and material development, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Document design and training development efforts
- Apply ADDIE Model and Blooms taxonomy for course creation
- Conduct Training Systems Requirements Analysis and assist in curriculum design
- Collaborate with educational institutions to enhance course material
- Analyze training needs and recommend curriculum improvements based on various feedback channels
- Integrate new content created by SMEs into existing courseware
- Ensure training content remains relevant through continuous auditing and updates
- Manage Learning Management System for training metrics and documentation
- Perform quality assurance audits on course materials as directed
- Create and manage assessment documentation and proctor tests
- Develop e-learning products and assist in simulator environments
- Handle other assigned duties and responsibilities as required
