Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience for Senior role.
- Masters degree or equivalent experience for SME role.
- IAT/M Level III certification.
- Palo Alto Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification.
- SANS Intrusion In Depth certification.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional certification.
- Minimum 6 years of cyber and/or information technology experience for Senior role.
- Minimum 8 years of cyber and/or information technology experience for SME role.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze systems and procedures effectively.
- Proficient in multitasking across multiple designs concurrently.
- Self-motivated and able to function well both independently and within a team.
- Competent in managing sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, monitor, and maintain network security solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in boundary protection technologies and methodologies.
- Perform engineering duties associated with the labor category and required certifications.
- Maintain necessary certifications relevant to job functions.
- Support functions aligned with DCWF work roles as applicable.
- Assist in IT and Cybersecurity activities specified for the role.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
