AI Engineer with machine learning expertise

- Conduct monthly adjustments to AI models based on user engagement and feedback. - Continuously oversee AI outputs to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with safety standards. - Develop strategies to address bias, inaccuracies, and compliance challenges in AI-generated results. - Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate enhanced models into production environments. - Execute weekly refinement of outputs, encompassing prompt engineering and embedding enhancements. - Design and maintain workflows for AI processing pipelines and evaluation benchmarks. - Ensure adherence to organizational, ethical, and regulatory standards for AI (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, Responsible AI principles). - Optimize and utilize Azure AI services (OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Document AI, Vector DB, etc.). - Analyze datasets to derive insights, create predictive models, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Design and implement experiments such as A/B testing, model assessments, and statistical validations to enhance AI reliability and performance. - Create, manage, and optimize ETL processes for ingesting structured and unstructured data. - Work with large-scale data platforms and Azure Data Lakes to guarantee scalable data storage, processing, and retrieval capabilities.
