Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or manufacturing systems architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems integration and plant technology environments.
- Demonstrated capability to design solutions across MES, ERP, quality systems, and industrial data platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale manufacturing transformation projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and operations in plants.
- Expertise in integration architecture and enterprise platform design.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF (preferred).
- Experience with smart factory or Industry 4.0 transformations (preferred).
- Exposure to digital twins, advanced manufacturing analytics, or simulation platforms (preferred).
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and modern data platforms (preferred).
- Background in global, complex industrial manufacturing organizations (preferred).
- Direct leadership experience is beneficial (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define the target architecture for modern manufacturing platforms, including MES and plant integration.
- Establish frameworks that enable digitally connected factories and standardized manufacturing platforms.
- Guide the transition of manufacturing systems toward scalable and event-driven architectures.
- Design next-generation quality management systems that enhance predictive quality and defect analytics.
- Foster the integration of quality data across design, manufacturing, and supplier networks.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven quality insights and closed-loop management systems.
- Specify architecture patterns that ensure seamless integration of MES, ERP, quality systems, and manufacturing analytics.
- Ensure smooth data flow through standardized data contracts and event streams catering to enterprise platforms and digital twins.
- Drive standardization and simplification within technology landscapes while enabling flexibility at the plant level.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure consistent architectural alignment.
- Serve as the authoritative figure for architecture in manufacturing and quality domains.
