Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification, including one of the following: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP
- Linux Computing Environment (CE) Certification
- Windows Computing Environment (CE) Certification
- OSCP or GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certification
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of IT experience, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of IT experience
- Proven experience applying red team assessment techniques, tools, and methodologies
- Completion of recognized offensive security or red team training programs preferred: Red Team Apprentice, Offensive Methodology Analysis, Red Team Operations, or similar courses
- Proficiency in Python scripting or relevant Python certification
- Practical experience with Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Kali Linux
Responsibilities
- Execute red team operations and offensive cyber assessments aligned with mission goals
- Mimic actual adversaries using sophisticated tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Discover, exploit, and document vulnerabilities in enterprise Linux and Windows systems
- Carry out penetration testing activities leveraging industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Create clear and actionable reports outlining findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations
- Work collaboratively with government stakeholders and internal teams to bolster cybersecurity measures
- Provide support in classified and mission-critical operations
