Identity Access Management Architect

- Drive the execution and continuous enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls technology - Administer and configure IAM/SSO technology - Design and implement workflows for access provisioning and de-provisioning - Facilitate thorough entitlement reviews and access recertification - Optimize role-based authorization and ensure segregation of duties based on business rules - Manage computer user accounts effectively - Collaborate closely with Human Resources to align access and authorization controls with employee lifecycle events - Identify and address gaps in IAM-related business processes - Analyze security and authorization configurations, and contribute to user documentation - Oversee data migration and reconciliation activities - Interact regularly with end-users, managers, and IT personnel to confirm IAM/SSO controls are configured correctly - Provide expert support for critical authentication and authorization services such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Respond to IAM-related incidents, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize operational disruptions - Work with internal audit/risk management, third-party vendors, and IT departments to document and resolve IAM-related security issues - Ensure compliance of all IAM activities with internal security policies, industry standards, and necessary regulatory requirements - Contribute to the design and implementation of secure IAM architectures - Train security personnel and maintain thorough documentation of IAM processes - Engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance understanding of the company and its core values
