Requirements
Must:
- Outstanding customer service abilities with effective communication skills
- Proven experience in providing support for Mac OS workstations (PC experience is advantageous)
- A strong desire for continuous personal and professional development
- Traits of ownership and leadership
- Familiarity with ticketing system maintenance and management
- Ability to be responsive and proactive following constructive criticism
- Composure and focus in high-stress environments
- Excellent professional and technical communication skills, both written and oral
- Minimum of 7 years in help desk roles with a track record of progression
- Basic networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, VPN, and teleworker connectivity issues
- Experience with Jamf Pro or similar mobile device management platforms
- Optional background in supporting audio/video systems (Creston, Savant, etc.)
- Basic understanding of bash and/or PowerShell scripting is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Engaging directly with our VIP clients to address a wide variety of complex issues
- Offering technical support via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in-person
- Involvement in innovative, high-end technical projects for client VIPs
- Availability for flexible, on-call support for client VIPs, including after-hours and weekend shifts
- Collaborating with teammates to resolve challenging problems
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
