Requirements
Must:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with various technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
- A solid work history, demonstrating a commitment to success in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- I will troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, user profiles, networking, phones, and printers, collaborating with external support when necessary.
- I will demonstrate resourcefulness and quick-thinking to resolve new and critical technical challenges as they arise.
- I will deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktops, laptops, and tablets.
- I will prioritize tasks effectively while delivering outstanding customer service and user experience.
- I will manage Microsoft Office 365 account provisioning, de-provisioning, and maintenance.
- I will serve as an escalation point for advanced help requests directed to Tier 3 support.
Description
This position is full-time and operates on-site, from Monday to Friday during the 1st shift, 8 AM to 5 PM, and requires participation in an on-call rotation. The IT Support Specialist II will be a secondary contact for providing technical support, maintaining computer equipment, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. I am committed to addressing inquiries and resolving system and user challenges promptly and professionally.
