- I oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of impactful projects, ensuring they align with our strategic organizational goals. - I analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to uncover trends, pinpoint discrepancies, and deliver actionable insights via reports and dashboards. - I conduct market and industry research, assist senior team members with data compilation, and draft proposals that connect client needs with strategic growth opportunities. - I communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and assist in project execution throughout all phases. - I facilitate daily project activities, manage documentation and deliverables, and utilize project management tools to track tasks, upload assets, and generate status reports. - I participate in meetings and agile ceremonies, take organized notes, and support special initiatives by preparing training materials and communication plans. - I design and execute test plans, conduct various testing types, and collaborate with developers and analysts to validate outputs and resolve defects. - I review technical documentation, maintain comprehensive QA records, and ensure compliance with departmental standards through ongoing improvement efforts. - I support automated testing by writing scripts, monitoring post-deployment performance, and contributing to release validation and software quality enhancements. - I analyze trust fund workflows, recommend opportunities for automation, and assess platforms for digital transformation in benefits administration. - I collaborate with legal and compliance teams, troubleshoot system issues, and manage upgrades to ensure our systems reflect trust fund structures and ERISA/HIPAA requirements. - I translate business needs into functional specifications, serving as a connector between IT and business units, and present findings to leadership and governance committees. - I deliver excellent customer service, assist in change management efforts, and create reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory agencies. ###

This position is essential to our operations as an IT Business Analyst, acting as a key liaison between fund office departments and IT in support of Taft-Hartley multi-employer benefit plans. It is crucial to maintain the precision and efficiency of eligibility data and systems for health, pension, annuity, and related benefits. Regular overtime is expected.
