Systems Analyst

We seek candidates who can provide operations research analysis expertise for various Air Force and Space Force programs. You will be part of a contractor team and collaborate with a broader team of government and contract staff. We highly value in-depth experience with Space Force missions and operations, as well as experience with military operational assessments. 1. You need to possess the ability to coordinate with senior managers and decision-makers to identify and solve a variety of problems while clarifying management objectives. 2. Provide expert-level operations research analysis across various Air Force and Space Force programs. 3. Coordinate with managers to identify, analyze, and resolve complex challenges. 4. Develop and execute analytical and assessment plans to address unstructured and multifaceted problems. 5. Lead cross-functional analysis efforts and deliver decision-quality recommendations to senior leaders. 6. Support program analysis through TSE and MATE methodologies, including data collection, curation, and reporting. 7. Facilitate and coordinate data-gathering events (meetings, conferences, technical exchanges) while ensuring efficient logistics and secure environments. 8. Extract and analyze data from multiple sources (documents, databases, SMEs), ensuring accuracy and relevance. 9. Translate findings into actionable insights, trend analyses, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
