Requirements
Must:
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
- Extensive knowledge of the Windows platform, including server and desktop environments.
- Significant experience with Microsoft SQL.
- Proficient in Microsoft .NET, JSON, and SOAP.
- Experience with Oracle Systems is a plus.
- Strong skills in infrastructure and networking.
- Demonstrated project management abilities are essential.
- Familiarity with ITIL is preferred.
- Experience in the quick-service restaurant industry is highly desired.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- A self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about new technologies, with a focus on their applicability, practicality, and return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Provide hand-on support for our IT infrastructure, which includes servers and desktops.
- Manage and maintain our Windows and Microsoft SQL platforms.
- Ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences by supporting network and infrastructure.
- Assist in executing new technology projects by leveraging your project management expertise.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Apply your knowledge of Microsoft .NET, JSON, and SOAP for the development and maintenance of systems.
- Work with Oracle systems that are crucial for our business operations.
