Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Typically requires 3 years or more of experience in a related field
- Proven experience leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL tools and ServiceNow adoption
- Demonstrated history of vendor governance and strategic change delivery
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies, frameworks, and processes to facilitate business transformation
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, such as user testing, data validation, and performance support
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective governance throughout the change lifecycle
- Organize and conduct innovation workshops, strategic planning sessions, and design thinking exercises for change initiatives
- Perform change readiness assessments, analyze data, and provide actionable insights through comprehensive reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather feedback, document requirements, and address specific needs
- Design and implement targeted training programs and capacity-building sessions to support change adoption
- Drive internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across teams
- Foster collaboration and support for change initiatives by building strong interdepartmental relationships
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives
